    Default not able to send any message from my mobile number 8427005157

    I have ported my mobile from airtel to vodafone. it is almost one month over since my mobile number got activated on the vodafone network. I am still not able to send any message using my mobile. Although I can make outgoing calls and have sufficient balance to send message also.
    I have reported this issue through different docket numbers listed below in the past 1 month

    1) Ref no. 160529610203 dated 1-april-2011
    2) Ref no. 160551688821
    3)Ref no. 160808310398
    4) Ref no. 163159021384
    5) Ref no. 164598834959
    6) Ref no. 164773417638

    Every time I made a complaint same has been closed without the solution. instead of using this as an opportunity to find out technical flaw in the system vodafone executives are just closing the requests.
    I have been told differnet solutions but none worked. These solutions (sim refreshed, phone changed, sim replaced, message center checked)
    were even tried by vodafone executives of phase 3 mohali punjab SCO as well as sector 19 chandigarh office.
    Now I would like to know how to get out of this mess. i can' t even port out because messages are not going.
