    Default Airtel Misleading and harassing

    Hi,

    Sorry for that i am using My brother login to submit my complain .My name is Ms. Reenu kumari i am using AirteL Himachal connection (8894157045)from last 2 years but from some days airtel start
    start deducting balance from my account without any information, and when i call their CC number 198 they told you activate this and that service.This is real cheating to customers
    we not activate anything ,Airtel activate it and then deduct balance without any information.
    This happen many times but i am sharing information of last day that is 29 april 2011 .Airtel deduct my whole balance approx 40 rs without any information.and when i call then this morning
    they told me that you activated Hello tunes and i tell them that i never activate anything on this number,they just cut the phone and now they are not picking it.
    So i register this complain here.

    I hope that deduction problem is sorted out now because this is not happening now , but the money deducted is still not refunded in my account.
