I have been facing lot of problems because of unprofessional and poor customer service from Airtel staff since last 3-4 months. I made almost 20-30 calls and 5-6 email complaints to only get a reply that someone will contact me within 24hrs. even though economical consequences are not very high as the the money which is at stake is not even 3000Rs but the kind of mental harrasment and trouble they gave I wanted to escalate this matter so that every one should be aware of false commitment made by them.
