    Default unprofessional and poor customer service from Airtel staff

    I have been facing lot of problems because of unprofessional and poor customer service from Airtel staff since last 3-4 months. I made almost 20-30 calls and 5-6 email complaints to only get a reply that someone will contact me within 24hrs. even though economical consequences are not very high as the the money which is at stake is not even 3000Rs but the kind of mental harrasment and trouble they gave I wanted to escalate this matter so that every one should be aware of false commitment made by them.

    Default Very poor airtel service

    We lost our sim few days back and we applied for duplicate sim through customer care immediately. he said it ll be delivered to us within 24 hrs. when i dint receive the sim i again called them they said that the earlier request was closed saying that nobody picked up the cal in our alternate no.(I dint receive any call or there was no missed call in my list from anonymous number and i was receiving calls as usual from all my frens and relatives) and there is noone in the house(there was somebody in the house all day actually waiting for the sim). they again registered a complaint and said it will be resolved in 24 hrs.but then i dint get the sim and when i called bac i was told this ticket also was closed with the same reason. Trust me this happened for 5 consecutive days, everytime i call a new customer care executive will pick say the previous ticket was closed with the above reason and open a new ticket. and the final day i asked them to give to their floor manager and he said it ll be delivered in 2 hrs. when still i dint get my sim I finally called the nodal office. She said that day airtel offices are on leave and she cannot deliver it imm(Then y the floor manager promised me it ll be delivered in 2 hrs????!!!)finally after 2 followups with the nodal office it was delivered on the 6th day.

    Anyway nobody was able to explain why 5 complaints were closed with the same reason(which was not true). Should somebody go till nodal office for things like duplciate sim ....I wunder!!!!
