I registered for airtel broadband wired network, and my application no is 1229346, but due to undue reason the airtel broad band wired network is not fixed in my place so i cancelled the account and the query no is 4650936(sep 26) and the custamer care executive said your money will be return in cheque within 15 working days, but i wont get back the cheque, so i made another query regarding this and that no is 6838684(nov 05) and that time they said the cheque will be delivered to your nearest airtel dealer, but now (nov13) i contact the airtel customer care guys they saying we wont get your money so that we cant process your query,now i am asking where my money went,if airtel wont get the money for my application how a guy from airtel come to my place to fix the line, without getting money how come they process my application,and cancelled the thing also, and whatever you say is true also why this much time delay

i take airtel broadband network service but after 5 days of connection main line of airtel is damaged due to some government issues i compalined it to airtel office but noone take my complaint serious and after one month one bill of ruppes 770 is came to me from airtel office again i complained about that bill again no one take it serious and after 3 months i got notice from tees hazari court delhi that i am victim of airtel due to not paying bill of rupees 2086 and if i wont pay this amoutn of bill than court will take strict actions to me and because of legal notice i have to be gone for paying bill of rupees 2086
i request please take some strict actions about this frod and please make my money back its my humble request to consumer court
