I had been activated with the service named as "ONE SECOND BILLING" for which i the cost shud be 60 paise connecting charge & 1 paise per one second.But instead they had charge me for 22 mins. 44/-. Rs.When i compalin with those people (i.e Kishore Bijlani) 1 second billing service activation charges per month is 35/- Rs. but i m not getting that service & 80/- rs. what had been deducted this month & 432/- Rs. Last Month
