I use a reliance infocom telephone No. 011-30904054. It's Fixed Wireless Phone. In the month of April whenever I try to dial a number, either local or other wise I use to get a voice message saying "Dear Customer you are using a fixed wireless phone. Harrsment both mental and physical by calling up customer care executive for six consequtive days wherein they promised it will be resovled within 48 hours. Charged me the rental for full month eventhough the phone was unserviceably for two and a half weeks.
