Dear Sir/Madam,

i took a sim card few months back for internet connection,the customer care activated it for the said services,i took 599 Unlimited Plan,after that i got a bill which stated something 3500.i called up the customer care for inquiry of the same bill,they told the concerned Billing Dept. person would call you back.
i waited for nearly a month & nobody replied me back.
then i got call from billing & recovery dept regarding the same asking me to pay the bill.
they are harrassing me now & then with Bad words & slang language.
what is the next action i should take?
