    Post Pathetic Customer Service

    I am very sorry to say that, your Vodafone Customer Care department is HORRIBLE... I have been contacting the customer care on 111 and 198. Not a single executive responding in positive manner of customer care concern. I have experienced awful attitude.. Not just once or twice, N number of times, SAME PROBLEM deducting money for no fault of mine.. WHY THE HELL IS MY BALANCE MINUS 160 RUPEES. Just Name sake apologies.. I was Promised That This wont happen again... but again m facing the same issue.. m sick of it now.. Cant handle anymore.. I'll take this matter upto the Court N MEDIA N WHATEVER POSSIBLE.. BECAUSE OTHER CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT FACE THE SAME ISSUE...
