Dear sir, I’m using “IDEA Post-paid connection vide no:- 9891185224 since one and half year. Last month I received my bill statement, accordingly that I submit a cheque on dtd 17-05-2005 but unfortunately I didn’t signed it so that’s why it was bounced.
