My mobile no 8080704259 , when i corsscheck with rcc so come to know 3 vas services pack are activated and 70 rs was deducted but i have not intiated any request for any of the service , when i ask for unsubscribe and also for sharing request number so ccexcutive was saying , i will going to get sms but i have not recive any sms.

kindly help & deactivate all vas services which are active in mobile number & make sure that autorenawl not happend.

This is in reference to the mobile number 7483135708. VAS have been activated on my number without my consent and when i attempted to unsubscribe the same through sms, I received a fake sms saying that the service is not activated. This gave me the impression that the service is not active. However, when I continued to get sms for the services, I called up 198 to cross-check. I was shocked to know that the service is being updated every month. When I asked them the reason, they said that "its due to technical reason"! I demanded a refund...but they said that you can only get a refund for this month and NOT for the past three months. I asked them to register a complaint.The complaint No. for the same was 158217103.

I received an sms after 2 days saying that the complaint was resolved. But when I checked my balance, I found that only Rs.30 has been refunded (i.e, money deducted for this month) ! I called up 198 again and the person said that the complaint was only for 1 month. I asked him to lodge a fresh complaint for a refund of service charges for 3 months and he refused saying that "you will never get the refund". I tried my best to convince him to lodge a complaint and finally he did. The complaint Number is 158549048. Before disconnecting the line the customer support executive said : "Ive registered your complaint but I can assure you that you won't get a refund"

I am simply disgusted with the service & customer support provided by you!!!

i am using mobile no. 9827534849 from last 6 years. many times services are activated without any notification and also deduction of balance take place many times. i try to call customer care many times but their number comes to always busy or unreachable.

Many times customer care executive cut the phone after putting on hold the active call.

i am frustrated by the unwanted service activation. recently 60 rs are cut from my balance and i even dont know for which services.

Kindly look into the matter otherwise i will switch to other service provider. I was loyal to reliance but now reliance is loosing faith each passing day.

its clear from the infomation that reliance have put on their site that to activate Rs19 sms pack one have to dial*777*4#.bt on dialing the number some VAS pack service has been activated.it was no fault on my part as it was clearly stated in their website that this number was to b dailed to activate sms pack and nt any other pack.my number-8102409745

The same thing happend with me. Reliance activated VAs service on my mobile without my consent. And this is not the first time. Every now and then they add some or the other VAS service pack on my number. I call the Customer care representative and then they deactivate but never refund it.

What is this going on? This is in simple word Cheating by Reliance. I am sure I have not subscribed for any service, I dont even know what is this service for. When I asked the CC, the name of the service, the name provided to me was EvoVRegionalDPk. Now what the heck is this? My handset is a very basic model which is used only for making and receivng calls there is no R world in it too.....

Is some RCOM rep listening. I need a refund for this. I was told I was charged 1 rupee on a daily basis for this.....

Few days before an unwanted VAS named as NAZSTARDUSTGARAM has been activated on ma no. and ma balance has been deducted without my permission.
this is not the first time it is happening with me and now i m frustrated with this unwanted activation of services and balance deduction.
So kindly deactivate this service and refund my money as soon as possible.
and please please take some steps to stop this unwanted activation of services because i am not the only one who is facing this problem.
