I am a loop mobile user no.9870893191. i have been complaining in customer care from the past 1month but inspite of regular complains there has been no response or betterment in service. There are call drops at places having full range, smses are delivered after half an hour of being sent and there is no response of any complaint being made. The call are even not transfered to the seniors incharge inspite of the assistant assuring that he/she is transfring the call.Kindly revert.

I am a loop mobile user no.08082601660. I have been complaining in customer care from the past 3month but in spite of regular complain there has been no response or betterment in service. The calls are even not transferred to the seniors in charge in spite of the assistant assuring that he/she is transferring the call.

I am harassing by my loop mobile service. They activate anything anytime without any call or message and deduct my balance daily. I daily call them and ensure what exactly going on…. NOW whenever I have Activate SMS services Like (SMS27) they never active the services & deduct money on my account as off now I had thrice RECHARGE for The SMS Services but don’t get response and services will be not active as it is.

I took this card on 18th to use internet. its a prepaid card. the balance was Rs.45.
i was asked to refill more Rs. 98 in order to activate the internet, which i did.
i use internet on my blackberry playbook via bluetooth. i was shock to see that today i am left with a balnce of 26 paise in my account.
tried calling the customer care atleast 10 times.
the call gets disconnected after i reach the telecaller.
unable to comprehend.

RUDE SPEAKING- EVEN I WENT TO THE LOOP MOBILE OUTLET STILL MY COMPLAIN WAS NOT REGISTER WITHOUT MY NOTICE MY 50ps WAS DEDUCTING FROM MY BALANCE FROM FEB 2012 DAILY AND WALL PAPER SERVICES VERY ACTIVATED WHERE AS I DIDN'T SUBSCRIBE ANY SUCH SERVICES.

i am using bpl mobile number 9821462190 since last almost 11yrs . I gaurav deepak ahuja using your service . I went to Vodafone to port my number. I got a call from Bpl mobile next day to not to port the number. I tod to Jiten from bpl mobile Andheri tha service is very poor at Bandra west near Bandra Talao Indusind bank building Mamta House SV Road . Put regular complaint on toll free number 198 and also been to Loop mobile gallary . Nothing much is done on improving the network Call cut Call break . This is really irritating and unusual to understand why is this complaint taken so lightly.This is a request from a customer to please make sure about improving the network and show results.

I have recharged an amount of Rs107/- under which I was entitled to be given 1000 loop local minutes per month for 3 months. but I was given only for 2 months. When I called the customer care they are saying that i have not recharged any amount of Rs107/-.

I want my 1000 loop minutes for the last month which is pending.

My name is sudhir parab.I took ur Recharge of 60 RS on saturday,7th july,12.Bt Bcoz of My mistake..i scratched it roughly,,and and recharge codes got erased..Then went to the loop service centre,bhandup branch.i explained then the situation.they told me that they hv to send the email to the company..and u will get balance after 4 hours...and they also told me that they will call me for giving me the exact code number which was scratched.But they didnt call me that day.they called me on monday..and gave me the code number.but it didnt work....then i went to the loop centre and i told them the situation..
but they told me tat..it works within 24 hours....so??wat will i do....
