    Angry Airtel Prepaid Service and Customer Care(No Service provided in 20 days.)

    Hello,
    I am using Airtel Prepaid since Feb 2011.Plan is 1pisa per second.
    I wanted to change the plan to 50 paisa per minute.Hence I went to the retailer shop(On 23rd March 2011) and did a 23 Rupee recharge for changing of plan.It shows successful in retailers mobile,but I got a message "It has failed to recharge successfully."Also I made a recharge of 500Rs on the same time which successfully
    Then I tried calling to customer care ,but couldn't reach.Because I was not getting an option for Talk to customer care.Some time I got connected and disconnected in 1 min.Then I sent an email to "nodalofficer@airtel.in",But not received any reply in 2 days.Then Again sent the same email with rude language ,then I received below mail"

    This has reference to your concern of your Airtel Prepaid number 7389350352.


    Thank you for writing to airtel and providing us the opportunity to assist you.


    We regret the delay in responding to your mail and apologise for the inconvenience caused in this regard.


    We would like to inform you that as per the request number CANRC3040416557800 , your Airtel number 7389350352 is not eligible for this benfit and regarding for not able to connect 121 or 198 we have forward your complain to our concer team with the refrence number CIVRP3040614264500


    Hence we regret the infeasibilty to provide the benfit and our concern team will get back to you within 7-april-2011.


    We hope that we have been able to address your query suitably.

    You can get in touch with the Nodal Officer with your earlier request or complaint number if it's still unresolved. The Nodal officer will provide a resolution to your complaint in 10 days.


    If you do not receive a satisfactory response from Nodal officer you may send an email at appellate.mpcg@airtel.in or you may call at + 91 9981544865 from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Monday to Friday.

    There was no resolution provided till 9th Aptil 2011.Hence I called to Nodal officer nuber provided in the mail.and the person replied that problem will get resolve in 2 days.But Still Airtel is sleeping.Now it's 11th April 2011.
    I am still trying to call Nodal officer ,but no one is picking up the call.
    Request you to raise a complaint against Airtel for not providing support ...

    Airtel to vadofone MNP problem - Worst Customer care


    Airtel rejected my MNP 4th times without any reason
    i sent mail to 121@in.airtel.com and airtelpresence@airtel.in.
    But no use.

    Signal dropping problem is there in Calsoft. RV Towers, velacherry, chennai
    Neat velacherry railway station.

    They are trying to resolve the problem for more then 15 days but they can't able to do.
    Worst service

    Unhappy not able to talk to airtel executives

    HI I DIALED 121 AND 123 BUT THEY SAY PREREcorded voices, but what i need to do to talk with executives directly ? its annoying when i call t the above numbers.

    Default Bad airtel services

    Airtel is one of the most worst customer services I have ever med in my life. I have recharge my mobile for 2g connect but the services was never provided and no internet can be access on my phone. Keep calling all the customer service number I have 121, 198 etc.. once the IVR gives me the options to speak to a live reps, a sexy lady automatic voice message start and ask me to dial 121 to speak to a reps and got disconnected.
