    Default illegal balance deduction from my reliance CDMA mobile

    My name is PIPASA BISWAL. my date of birth is 02..FEB. 1986. i am having reliance CDMA set of Goa having phone number 09372901139. I was having balance of 116 rupees. but on 4th April,2011 suddenly my balance decreased to 67 rupees. when i asked about this to customer care on 6th April,2011, they are forcing me that i have attended a call from telemarketing and activated a mixmaza pack on my mobile on 4th April,2011.But the true fact is there was no such call on 4th April and neither I have attended any incoming call as my mobile is in roaming. From my side i have neither attended any call nor activated the mixmaza pack. But the persons Saurav and Jagabandhu from reliance customer care service were compelling me twice that i have activated the service and my 49 rupees have already deducted for that pack. This is an illegal deduction of my balance. My contact details

    Post Illegal Balance deduction from my mobile phone

    hi......
    I m divya prakash verma from new delhi, My mobile no. is 9310529287 having a reliance cdma phone. On 7th april i attend a call frm customer care, which notify me that some special offers for me, i forbed him him to activate this pack but after the disconnection of call they activated the super saver pack on my number and the balance of 20 rupees had deduct from my account, before its . I had complained but still no any responce from there n customer care executive says that its my fault and i m not elegeble to get my balance, some customer care executives are mentioned here, Miss Kamlesh, Mr. Gaurav, Mr. Ashutosh verma, Mr. Anuj all says that its my fault n i m not elegeble for getting my balance n they are disconnecting my call. I m in big troubles became very tired, pls resolve my problem, still my call had disconnected approax 10 times and no any are solving my problem. specially Ashutosh verma and Mr. Anuj is not caring person he have no right to work in company.

    Talking Excess charge deducted for sms from my no.

    Dear Sir,

    I am using your CDMA Celluler Service from last 7 - 8 Years. I have activated SMS pack on my cell No 9325015976 from last 3 years. That time, the rental for SMS pack was Rs. 19/- P.M. Presently it is Rs. 39/-. I am using my above No only for (99%) SMS. Becasuse i have another cell's postpay connection which i am using for out-going calls and also its very cheap. Its a corporate plan.
    OK
    My query is that, RIM has deducted Rs. 1/- for each SMS from my mobile No. instead of Rs.0.01 Paisa and also De-activated my SMS plan for the reason of insufficient balance in my account on 22.05.2012.

    on 22.05.2012, my morning SMS charges has deducted @ Rs. 0.01 Paisa and after 16:00 Hours, deduction was Rs. 1/- for every SMS without any PRIOR INTIMATION !!! WHATS THIS ??? Also there is a provision in your system regarding proportionate renewal of SMS pack.

    Second thing is that, as per your SMS, my pack's renewal date was 23.05.2012 but RIM has charged Rs. 1/- for each SMS from 22.05.2012!!! WHATS THIS ???

    For the above problem, i have sent a mail to you on 23.05.2012 but i haven't receive any reply from RIM end. Also after several times asked/conversed to your customer care on 198 and *333, they have taken my request on 23.05.2012 as SR No 179764628. The same msg received from your system on 23.05.2012 and they have msg me that, they will be resolve the above problem within 2 days. But till i.e. after 3 days, no any satisfied answer / reply receive.

    You are humbly requested that, kindly look into the matter and try to provide me the waiver of my account ASAP.
