    Dear Sir / Madam,

    This is regarding my Bill No. 0119626558 for the period of 24.02.11 to 24.03.11, I have been charged Rs.139.10 (+Taxes) for VF Mobile Connect and Vodafone Live services which has been activated on my phone without my approval or request. I have Blackberry Prosumer UDL 599 plan activated which gives me unlimited data facility. VF Mobile Connect and Vodafone Live service has been deactivated on my phone from beginning (as soon as i shifted to BB plan).
    I received a SMS from Vodafone 15/3/2011, stating my Vodafone Live services has been activated, which was a surprise to me. As soon I received the SMS I called up customer care and ask them to deactivate my Vodafone Live services, for which they asked me to SMS CAN VL to 111, which I did immediately, it was told to me that the services would be deactivated with in 4 hr, when I asked why the services are activated no firm response was give. When I enquired the next day with customer care they said the services are still not deactivated and requested me to send the sms again, which I did on 16/3/2011. Finally the services were deactivated on 17/3/2011.
    I would like to know why the services were activated without my request and later been charged for it on my monthly bill.
    I would like you to reverse the charged of Rs.139.10 (+Taxes) as it for my current monthly bill, as it’s not my fault.

    When I tried to enquire today regarding my bill from customer care there was no positive response and asked me to pay the full amount, which came shock to me.
    I as a consumer I would not like to pay for thing which I haven’t asked for or already have paid for, I would appreciate if the amount mentioned about is credited to me ASAP.

    Thumbs down Vodafone VF Connect charges

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    My cell # is 9820316963. This is regarding my several Bills for the last 6 months, I have been charged in the range between Rs. 150/- to Rs. 280 (+Taxes) for VF Mobile Connect and Vodafone Live services which has been activated on my phone without my approval or request. I have Blackberry no email services on my blackberry 9500. if is a plain vanilla 299 plan activated which is just receiving and making calls plan.
    I received a SMS from Vodafone 27/5/2011, stating my Vodafone Live services has been activated, which was a surprise to me. As soon I received the SMS I called up customer care and ask them to deactivate my Vodafone Live services, for which they said it is free for a month and will be deactivated after the month. after a month had passed I asked the services to be stopped they informed me to SMS CAN VL to 111, which I did immediately, it was told to me that the services would be deactivated with in 4 hr, the services were deactivated eventually in the month of July 2011. Post that I am still receiving bills with VF connect charges which I am not paying as I have not subscribed to the services. But the amount is reflected in the consecutive bills as an outstanding amount. I would like you to reverse the charge of Rs. 750/- (approx) (+Taxes), as it’s not my fault and for the services not subscribed by me.

    I as a consumer I would not like to pay for thing which I haven’t asked for or already have paid for, I would appreciate if the amount mentioned is wiped out from my outstanding .
