    Default Airtel to vadofone MNP problem - Worst Customer care

    My mobile no: 9894931230 (TamilNadu circle)
    Port ID: AT598225
    I send Request for porting to vodafone.
    But it was rejected by airtel on 29-march-2011 without any reason. Since then my calls to 121 is blocked. Even if call from other airtel number customer care executives, after I told them about the problem put my call in hold then cutting my call a without any answer. I send mail to airtelpresence@Airtel.in but resolution yet.

    I have airtel broadband connection also and 3 more mobile connection in my family.

    If problem is not resolved then planning to change everything.

    Previously the rejected my application on 19 March2011 saying that address mismatch.
    Now they are telling that They called me give some offer to stay back. but i rejected that offer. This was not updated in their server.

    They are asking for 7 days to resolve the issue. but by that time my Porting code will get expire.
    This is their trick to stop customer moving out.

    If they are rejecting without any reason is there any way to complain TRAI.

    If anybody faced similar problem please help

    yesterday (5 april) got call from airtel customercare executive and told me there is no problem now and asked me to submit request again to vadafone.
    As he said I submitted again. but now I got message from Vadofone saying that Airtel rejected my request.

    It is 3rd time they are rejecting my porting request

    After 5 min from I got msg from Vadofone, I got call from airtel customer care for the reason(3rd time) for Porting.
    But they called me after rejecting my application. When I asked about "request was already rejected by airtel", they have no Idea.

    If they want to keep existing customer they must provide good customer service, good plan which customer need and easy way to recharge in online.

    In some places their tower signal strength is very high(May be more than TRAI permitted level), so If we speak in mobile for more than 3 min, mobile is becoming heat up.

    Still my call to 121 and 198 is blocked. worst trick to avoid porting

    Issue is not resolved.
    Still I am with your worst airtel service.
    As I can't able to make a call to customer care from my mobile.
    I called them from my friends number.
    They told me no issues with my account or address proof I gave.
    But they gave reason as, They called me to give me offer and I accepted the offer so they rejected my MNP request.
    But it is false, When ever they called me me to give some offer I told them "I don't need any offer I want to go with vodafone".

    Previously (5 april) got call from airtel customercare executive and told me there is no problem now and asked me to submit request again to vodafone.
    As he said I submitted again. that was also rejected..

    Asking me to submit the request again with vodafone.

    It is 4th time I am going the request again.

    If it was not accepted I am planning to take this issue with TRAI and then consumercourt.

    Thanks for your worst support and service for 7 years.

    Airtel successfully rejected my MNP 4th time.
    As Rakesh Ranga i sent mail to 121@in.airtel.com.
    But no use.
