My Name is Vikram Kumar from Delhi, I'm Postpaid user of Vodafone Number +919711273118 from more than 1 year. I got a lot of call from Vodafone store (Numbers : 9999687950, 9953091510, 9999600890, 9953140248, 9967365635, 9999912307, 9999028648, 9999617899, 9999600427, 9999602687, 999965758, 9999370051, 9999652799, 9999326240, 9999647599, 9999650042) on saturday and Monday on the matter that Vodafone choose my number in the Selected Customers who are regularise in their bill payment and some of time they also paid in advance. So now Vodafone store want to give them a hamper gift for their regular & advance bill payments. they also told me that by this service you will get 10 to 20% discount on your current number and we will provide you an another number on add-on service, and which number they assured me for providing this will be similer like my current number mean in my new number they will change only my last two digits. so I was agreed on their this assurance. But at the time, when they sent their executive for give me New Sim and for some paper works formality. They told me that you also have to pay a sum of 250/- in the form of security. After a long discussion I was satisfied on this matter that they will adjust this security in my first billing amount because this is in their hand.
but today I again got a call from Vodafone for varification of number that they will provide me. which number they told me they are totaly different from my current number which I told you that I'm using my Vodafone number +919711273118. second point is that at this time they also told me that we can't add your security of Rs. 250/- before the Six months. Because this is not in the policy of the Vodafone.
now again and again they are trying to impose their false statement on me by changing again their statement that I choose any number coz all numbers are same and anyone can remember this after some time. so first false statement is this. and second which I told you that they don't have any right to adjust security before the six month.
and many more other statements they make infront of my at the time when they were tyring to pursue me for their new connection. So plz sir take any necessary step to stop this type cheating wid customer.
