The new mode of Airtel is COST COLLECTION CENTRES.
customer care from 121 cannot speak harshly so they use a mean called collection centres....
when payment is delayed , some lady calls up and asks for payment,

she calls from this number in different name: Anitha,Sowmya,hema....
the conversation goes like this
she : hey pay the amount xxxx - (all In tamil,)
Me: who is this
she: airtel
Me: May i know ur name pls
she: why u want name, pay the bill
Me: ok mam, i will pay not a problem...but i need 3 more days
she: yendi , phone pesa theriyudhu pay panna mudiyadha?? (her great killing language - she absued me)
then i cut the call saying ok mam will pay.

then that she calls my collegue & friends( contact number taken from my history it seems)
she: hello, you pay the bill for she
Friend : why???????????????
she: she only told that you will pay for her.
Friend : okay i will talk to to her and come back
.................................................. .................................................. .........................
My friend : hi, have you asked me to pay your airtel bill
Me : what????? me?????????? no dear i am not...?????
My friend : oh ok, but i got a call from a lady that you gave my number and asked me to pay for you...
Me: oh, i'm sorry ya... its not so..i will deal... i'm really sorry, i have not given your number.
My friend : thats ok ma, no probs...
call ended

SHE CALLED MY ANOTHER FRIEND AND MY FRIEND CALLED ME BACK I TOLD THE SAME....
THE SAME HAPPEND AGAIN....
unfortunately i was studying for my MBA exam , as the next day was the exam...

she called me 20 times

i made a complaint in 121 and requested to that i will be paying by next week so please ask that lady to stop calling me and using 3rd class languages.....
but she was still calling......
i was keep on complaining to 121.... infact several times.... and she was/is still calling me...

As usual 121 was keep saying that " you wont get a call again from that number" we have taken action--As Usual
..................................................
BUT.... that lady was/is still calling me....and uses the same third class language...
