    Angry Vodafone Network Problem

    I have a vodafone prepaid card which i have been using since 4 years. I have been facing network problems since 2 years. Its almost impossible to talk on my cellphone when i am in my home as well as when i am in my society. Many times i am not able to make calls and i keep getting errors or network fail message. If by luck i am able to make a call i am not able to talk for very long as the network breaks in few minutes or sometimes in few seconds. I have approached the vodafone people twice in these 2 years. My last complaint about this matter was made about 6-7 months ago. Few days after registering the complaint i got a call from vodafone customer care people where a lady told me that we are looking into your matter and told that there is a network problem in my area and they are trying to fix it. She also told that we might set up a new tower in few months. But when i checked the net and read other ppls complaint i found this is the story which is narrated to everyone. I have tried my vodafone card in many nokia and sory ericsson phones but face the same problem everywhere. I am so tired or this problem that i am not at all able to talk on my cell when i am at my home. Please help my with my matter and Guide my what to do. This is a big shame to the company and our country as well where thousands of people are facing such problem. Thank You.

    I using your vodafone sim from past few months.. But in this address i.e #1193/A, 4th Main, M.C.Layout, Vijayanagar, Bangalore-40
    In the above address we cant call to any number and we cant mess..
    Its not only problem of mine the hole number which are using the vodafone number in this area are suffering from the same problem.. And i had given 3-4 complaints
    but no one is solving my problem really we cant use the vodafone sim in this area please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please solve the problems.....

    I am also facing many problems with vodafone connection. Before switching to vodafone, internet was working fine with docomo SIM but after switching I am facing following problems.

    Problems:
    1. My bill was not generated and after constant trial, I got a
    message but not any detailed bill through email or post. Please make
    sure that you will send bill every month without fail. I don't want to
    pay extra fees because of delay or anything.

    2. My GPRS internet is not working and no one is properly helping me
    out.
    i. I have called your help line 111 and 55666 and I have sent
    many mails to you people about this issue. Even after one month, no one
    is helping this. You people will always ask me to call 111 when I send
    mail and the people in 111 ask me to send email. THIS IS NOT WORKING
    OUT WELL FOR ME.
    If you can't enable my internet, at least tell me so that I
    can terminate my connection.

    3. When internet was enabled for a 1 day, I was not able to call any
    number more than 20 seconds. After complaining to the vodafone
    representatives in Oracle, they just disabled my internet and no one is
    showing any interest in helping me out.

    I got following reply from their representative,
    Dear Mr. Yaji,

    Thank you for your email dated 20/11/2011 regarding duplicate email for your Vodafone connection 7842776376.

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

    With regard to your request, we would like to inform that, we has been forwarded your request for duplicate bill to concern team. You will be receiving a duplicate bill on your registered email id within next 48 hrs.

    Please note the request number 1326487186 for your future reference.
    Further, to avoid the call drop please change the handset. Your request for data settings is under process, you will be receiving a call from our concern within next 24hrs.
    In case you need further help, please do call or e-mail us. We'll do our best to help you.

    Without even examining the problem, they want me to change my new handset(hell yeah!!!), which was working fine 1 day before switching. Second thing is, even though I gave correct email address, they wrote it wrongly and not correcting it even after repeated emails.

    It's been 1 month and no one is trying to help me. I am cursing myself for porting my number to vodafone. Now I have to wait for 2 more months to port my number to Airtel or Idea. It's very bad

    Default Network Issues at Karol Bagh , New Delhi.

    I am facing network issues at my residence New Delhi
    My number is 9582645192 , its a Corporate number and all group is facing the problem.
    8 other people live at this property and they all face no network issues.

    I am Navanit talaviya A costmer of Vodafone since 1999 with same no. My resident at 44 /Param Row House ,Near BAPS Temple ,Under Sardar Bridge ,Opp Sarita Sankul, ADAJAN ,SURAT. I stay above place last 7 year and all ways face anetwork problem in our house No talk is possible in side house ,we are always go to out side a house and talk At Night time its a very inconvient . I complaine many times but no solution found till date. I hope we get proper network if vodafone wishes as erly as possible.

    Cool Vodafone lack of network

    we are herewith requesting you that, i have ported my number airtel to vodafone. but in the vodafone connection can't speak or operate mobile properly, my address is Neriga village & post, Sarjapura Hobli, Anekal Taluk, Bangalore - 562125 KA. please kindly solve the issue or we have to re-ported to other connections.

    Hi

    This is to yet again bring to your kind notice that my area, D-270, Defence Colony, NEW DELHI is under a deep impact of bad coverage area. I have lodged a complaint many times but no use. There are nearly 20 subscribers in my area who are facing these problems and will change their numbers via MNP if not rectified

    Isses are -
    Call drops
    Low signal strength
    High SD drop

    Please rectify asap. There is an ARPU of Rs 700 per user from this locality sp please take it seriously
