Hi,
I would like to bring to consumer courts notice about the mismanagement
and trouble given to me by Bharti Airtel.
I have been giving many complaints to Airtel from past 4 months and none
of the complaints are resolved.
My mobile number registered with Airtel was under a different plan and
later i changed the same to CUG-199 plan.
I get different information from Airtel about my credit limit and
because of this every time my outgoing calls will be barred.
Whenever i call Airtel to resolve the issue, i am not getting proper
response from Airtel.
Few of the complaint numbers and the executive name are listed as below:
1. 526483701 - Shabab
2. 527242347 - Nagesh
The last interaction i had was with Mr. Raghavendra who is the floor
manager in Airetl and i was promised that my complaints will be resolved
in 24 hours and the same has not happened.
I am unable to see my bills and also unable to pay the same because of
the problems from Airtel and because of this always my outgoing calls
would be barred.
I am using this connection from past 4-5 years and also this is a
corporate connection and i have always paid my bills on time.
Because of this problems i am taking this step to put a serious
complaint in consumer court against Bharti Airtel.
I request Consumer Court to please take a necessary action in this
matter and help/guide me to resolve this problem.
