    Default Harassment and legal notice sent by Bharti Airtel advoca Inderjit Singh Gil,Punel

    I have received a legal notice under section 403,405,406 read with sec 420 of the IPC from Bharit MrAirtel advocate Mr Inderjit Singh Gill in Pune to pay Rs 1432.49 for a Airtel Photon Ac no 1012419472 Mob no 9004389601 which I purchased in Aug of 2009 from Bharti Air tel at Fort, Mumbai.It was returned within a week because it was incompatible with my old laptop. They/Oct refunded me only Rs 3500/- saying that I had used the photo and they will not return the total amount. Anyway, their employee forgot to close my account on the computer and I thought my account was over with them till I received a bill from them in Aug/Sept/Oct till I made my complaint again that I had not used ANY AIRTEL service from the time I returned the photon to them.
    However, I have received this legal notice asking me to pay the bill to the Malad office otherwise a criminal proceeding will be taken against me.
    They have given the names of two ladies to call Ms Sneha/Ms Priya 022-40049034 and 40049037 who never pick up their phones and whenever they have picked up the phone, they are extremely rude and offensive and say they will call back and there is no call.
    Since I am a busy professional woman who is travelling outside India and all over India, I have sent a FAX to the Malad office explaining the TRUTH about the matter and yet I keep receiving these threats.

    This is to bring to your notice the latest racket by airtel sales persons since they have to meet the target they are not able to get new accounts so they are targetting existing airtel subscribers to change their scheme and submit as new connection,where as traumatising the customer by changing their telephone nos..can some one from airtel look into this malpractise and stop feeling happy that they have many new connections ,They are foolish as their sales personell is all mixed up with office bearers and doing this malpractise.Making the managers look like fools.My no is 022 40167235

    Angry Mobile No. Disconnection/Registration Failed

    Hello Sir,
    I am Airtel prepaid customer. My no. was 9896094587.
    Airtel just disconnected my connection and i am getting a message Sim registration failed.

    Now when i called Airtel customer care, then there Nodal officer and then there local airtel office , they said you were lifetime customer and you have to recharge with 200 every 6 months and also use it.Thats the reason of your disconnection of your no.

    Now what i have told them and also confirmed (from the shop where i used to get recharge) is that i became lifetime customer in sometime 2009.Then i recharge with Rs 2121 on Jan 19,2010 (by shopkeper Gourav mobile having flexi no 9896429710) and again i febrary,2010 i recharged with 98 and 28.
    So there first claim is proved wrong.
    Second thing is that you have to use Rs 200 every six month . Now when i recharge with Rs2121 i was still havin around 200 in my account and when i got my no. disconnected in March 1st week my balance was around 1700 . So i used around Rs 700 in last two month.

    Because of it I failed to get some of the very important calls which resulted that i got my internship cancelled because the no. i gave to my employer was disconnected by airtel and i am not able to connect them.

    So i am all ready to take some of the very strong action against airtel and i want
    1)My same no. back and with balance 1700
    2) to go for compensation because of the things i lost

    So plz suggest me how to proceed to have i file officall complain againt Airtel in court

    Post complaint about the name wriiten in monthly bill statement of march 2010

    Dear team,
    it is bring to your noticed i m using AIRTEL postpaid connection 919897287680 for last two years.
    but the bill generate for the month of march 2010 with the name of PIG KHAN. kindly enquire who done this blunder. i already filed a complaint in consumer forum or also send a mail to 121@airtel.india.com.
    i want immediate resolution or going to mail CEO MR sanjay.
    so i urge you to kindly rectify immeditaely.
    for this matter I visited your bareilly(up) franchise or met branch head MR vivek srivastav. but he is very arrogant not ready to help or i also visit your zonal office.
    kindly solve it

    I have an shop at siliguri (west bengal) named "attraction" i am having problem against the sim which have been activated on the month of december and i have said this matted to the sales man who is visiting at our shop and he does not have any answer for the problem which is beeing faced by me.     Default prepaid to postpaid

    i am an existing prepaid 9872465552 user of airtel from past 4 yrs and want to convert my no to postpaid... i am serviceman and couldnt change my no so opting of converting . i belong from barnala (punjab) and the Relationship centre over here states that it will take a month to convert the prepaid to postpaid as there is huge call rush and pending work and i have already visited her three times. if she would have given me the service i would have opted out airtel services for my organisation even.... and please tell me if there are selected PSU's which can have this cooperate connection facility like she told me that employees of SBI, HDFC & AXSIS bank can only avail this

    Default scheme not changed in spite of several requests

    Dear concern,
    I have one AIRTEL mobile no. +919760335904, this no. was issued with youth pack scheme & later on we needed to change this service by pay per second service of AIRTEL but in spite of several requests,AIRTEL people are not responding the way they should,Please do the need ful asap as we are facing a lot of problems due to that.

    after waiting too much for improvemnt, i came to decide to file a complaint about bharti airtel.
    I have started mobile office service costing 98 per month but it is working at a too much lower speed and their customer are not even picking up call.
    Even they are not ready to hear.
    If i give call for complaint, they are not taking it.
    I am facing this problem since 3 months

    Default Allotment of Life Time Validity Pre-Paid SIM Connection to other Customer

    Dear Sir,

    This is to bring into your kind notice that I have purchase Airtel Pre-Paid Connection SIM Number 899170081003401771 and Mobile Number Alloted was 9784804617 in the month of December 2008.
    This number was contonuously used and recharged by me during the period of January 2009 to April 2009.
    I made a last call on 6th December 2009 and the last balance was Rupees 180.00
    When on dated 13th January 2010, I made call with this number, I was shocked to know that this number have been alloted to someone else residing in Kota (Raj)
    I am resident of Jaipur (Raj), Made contact with Airtel Customer Relation Center at Vidhyadhar NAgar Jaipur but they couldnot resolve my problem.
    Now this is the last way to request you to kindly issue me the same number and adjust my balance amount.

    Default fraudness of airtel and poor service suddenly change plan without any reason !!!

    i have very disspoint about airtel service from last three year i was using airtel gprs plan 15/day till yesterday due to low balance it was disconneted today i have recharged and try to activated gprs it suddenly cut my balance 25 and place notification ur planned is 25/day what i do for that airtel fraudness i have seven airtel connection form today i am dissconnecting my all connection from airtel all my trust on airtel loosed due to their service and imediatly i was called to customer care service execative said our system is down call us tommarrow they always give same reason please suggest me how can regain my old plan they change my plan their own decision i have to complaint to consumer court,
