    Default Senior Citizen complaint - Airtel Service - Real disgust

    Dear Sir,

    I am filing this complaint on behalf of my mother Mrs. Santosh Uppal who is ofcourse not tech savvy enough to voice this in this or any such platform.

    Mrs Santosh Uppal is R/o C - 6/ 6088 Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110070. She is using telephone number 9910008633 since past few years.

    She has been using this number very less as in our area the signal is week and we have got an additional land line since December 2008.

    When we notisced that she is making very less use ( as less as 19 Rs / month) we requested Airtel to change our bill plan in Feb 2009. The current plan is Talk MAx Plan Rs. 395. I had requested for the least cost monthly plan which I was told was Rs. 199/ month in Feb 2009.

    When I received my mom's next phone bill - they had not changed the plan. I was upset but again I appraoched them and requested to carefully change the plan - The call center people promised me and I trusted them again. Next bill again the game goof up but since I was not in the city I could not really reapproach the Airtel people. Poor Mom had to bear the bill . I returned and spoke to Airtel people - I was guaranteed that now there will be no such issue and this time surely the plan will be changed.

    To my utter shock I have recd the bill today and plan stands unchanged. I called up Airtel and I was told - but madam we have not recd any such change request. For almost a nil consumption they have kept a plan for Rs. 395/ which means the bill she needs to pay is Rs. 624 again. (airtel Relationship number - 102-101522917. Bill Number : 925984665)

    Thankfully I am around her but it gives me a real sorry shock that what an Old person has to go through isuch a grind in this city where Brands like Airtel - which has become a house hold service is doing such Frauds in the services more than that they are not delivering the services asked for - for months and to top it client is bearing for their mistake. I need justice for the time, hassle and money of an old Customer like her.

    Excess Data Charges without Supporting Documents during International Roaming
    I am a customer with Airtel Karnataka for the past 3 years+ and have been regular and prompt payer of bills. My Mobile Number is 9972043211.
    I traveled to Japan on 27th November 2009 and reached on 28th November 2009. I returned to India on 12th December 2009. THERE IS OVER RS.5375/- AND RS.9700/- CHARGED FOR DATA, WHEN I HAD NOT USED DATA TRANSFER / DATA CONNECTION.
    Again, I traveled on 19th December 2009 late evening and reached Japan on 20th December 2009. I returned to India on 23rd December 2009. I received an SMS alert on 20th December tell me my outstanding as over 25000/- On 21st December 2009 afternoon I received another alert stating my outstanding as Rs.36000/- Within a span of 1 day without using data connection, I do not know how Rs.11000/- can be the increase.
    I had disputed these data charges and till date without resolution, i keep getting calls from Airtel at all times and every time i need to explain the same story to their CSRs. Meanwhile, I kept Paying the Regular Plan, Call and SMS charges.
    On 17th March 2010, my outgoing calls and SMs were barred even though I had paid all the phone charges except for the above disputed amount asking them to provide breakup of the sites that I am said to have visited. Till date they did not provide me the breakup, but had barred my Outgoing facility.
    I hope at least now they will resolve, failing which need to highlight this kind of money making in press and take up legally.
    NOW AIRTEL IS SENDING GOONDAS AND ROWDIES TO COLLECT MONEY WHO KEEP ABUSING AND THREATENING US INCLUDING MY AGED MOTHER WHEN I AM NOT AROUND. THESE GOONDAS ARE THREATENING TO KILL MY MOTHER AND BURY HER APART FROM KILLING MY OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS.
    BESIDES, AIRTEL HAS BEEN CALLLING AND HARASSING SOME OF THE PERSONS FOR PAYMENT OR INFORMATION, WHOSE NUMBERS APPEARED ON MY ITEMIZED CALL STATEMENT IN THE PAST.
    THERE NODAL OFFICER DISHES OUT STANDARD ANSWERS.
    INSTEAD OF BEING LAWFUL, AIRTEL IS RESORTING TO CHEAP AND SHAMELESS TACTICS OF SENDING MESSAGES TO ALL THE NUMBER, WHOM I MIGHT HAVE CALLED AT SOME TIME DURING THOSE 3 YEARS.
    NOT CHOICE, BUT TO GO TO THE POLICE AND HIGHER UPS FOR THESE THREATS.

    Default Poor Micromax Service

    I have given my Micromax mobile on16th September 2010 (Q5 model No. ) & was told that I will get after 15 days. I went to enquire on 11th Oct 2010 & was told that I will get it in two days again I went on 28th October & was told that I will surely get in two days & finally today I am being told that I will get after one week.

    ir/madam,
    My name is HANSA DAVE i live in south mumbai above address from last 60
    years.my husband was died in 2002.I live with my son and his wife. I have
    no water connection from last 10 months becoz land lord was cut my water
    connection and harassment to me becoz he wants my home. There after i was
    move to mumbai high court and court was pass order in fever of me,and get
    new water connection from BMC with out N O C of Land Lord. Then i had apply
    for new water connection and attach all requirement document with order
    copy of honble high court Mumbai in 31 oct 2011 but still BMC was not
    provide me new water connection.sir please help me in age of above 65 years
    i draw water from ground floor form last 10 months.
    I have attach Judgement copy of high court mumbai please read and help me.
