I WANT TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT AGAINST IDEA CELLULAR LTD.. MY CONNECTION
NO.9812020546 IS BARRED BY THEM. I HAVE PAID ALL MY BILLS IN TIME FROM LAST 7-8
YEARS.FROM FEB-2008 THEY HAVE CHARGED Rs.100/- IN BILL AS LATE FEES INSPITE OF MY IN
TIME PAYMENT DUE TO WRONG POSTING OF PAYMENT BY THEM.I HAVE MADE ALL PAYMENTS UP TO
MAY-2009 AFTER DEDUCTING LATE FEES.NOW THEY ARE DEMANDING LATE FEES FOR 16
MONTHS.THEY HAVE DISCONNECTED MY CELLPHONE.DUE TO THIS I HAVE SUFFERED A GREAT LOSS
& MY BUSINESS HASBEEN EFFECTED.
PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL .

This is regarding a call recieved from idea cellular that they offer me 9990900040. so i agreed to buy this number i have paid them one thosand. after one day they told me that this number can't be given so pls choose another number. so after arguing i have chosen 9718866333. but when i put idea sim in to my phone. sim is dmaged . so i ask them to replace the sim they told me that go to mathura road showroom. from there you can get your sim. i came back empty hands. now they are saying i have to pay Rs. 75 to replace my sim card. i am frustated just because of all this crap.

pls do something
