Thread: Mobile Number portability from BSNL to Airtel

    Thumbs down Mobile Number portability from BSNL to Airtel

    I applied for the mobile number portability from BSNL to Airtel on Feb 3, 2011. However, due to poor processing by the Airtel staff, the portability code expired after 15 days. When I complained about this to Airtel, they assured that they will complete the transfer in next try. It's almost 6 days and I haven't received any response from airtel. Whenever, I try to call Airtel, they say will let me know the status after half hour, but, never recieved any status update on this.
    I would like the airtel representatives to take this on high priority as the original request made on Feb 3.

    Default Changing From BSNL to AIR TEL

    Sir,
    My BSNL Mobile No. is 9494422082 Prepaid connection and I given application for changing my net work from BSNL to AIR TEL and submited the application and documents in the Air tel office and got new sim from AIR TEL customer care at Kurnool on date:21.08.12 but I have recieved only one message on 27.08.12 that " Your request is validated by Donor and Porting Time 2012-08-12 0124:00.498
    After this message still I am remaining in the same BSNL network . Please do need ful and arrange to change my network to AIRTEL early .

    Default BSNL -> airtel MNP not happened yet

    I requested MNP from BSNL to Airtel and got upc generated on 27th Nov. UPC is BX237393 and valid upto 12-12-12.
    On 4-Dec-12, i got sms from airtel saying airtel is processing MNP request but till date i'm still on bsnl network. I might need to generate new UPC code on 13th but if you are able to process this request, kindly do so.
    my agent mr. Imran (9945145862) and his manager Naveen (9980569103) are useless fellows and not able to answer any of my query. infact my another airtel prepaid to postpaid connection, they took 2+ weeks to migrate me to airtel postpaid.

    Default BSNL to Airtel Portability

    I requested MNP from BSNL to Airtel and got upc generated on 29th jan13. UPC is BB778274 and valid upto 13-2-13.
    I eagerly want to get the portability because if it is not done urgently the connection will be disconnected and postpaid bill will be more than the paid amount.

    Hi,

    I have requested fro MNP from BSNL to Airtel on Apr 16th. Address verification is completed by Airtel representative and he mentioned that the service will be shifted to Airtel in 24 hours of time. But, still I am on BSNL network. Please help resolve this issue.
