Outgoing & Incoming facility are disabled

    Unhappy Outgoing & Incoming facility are disabled



    Respected Sir/Mam,

    This is to bring to your notice that our “Outgoing & Incoming facility are disabled” since 4days.

    We are your customer since past 7years using 9347318451 number, without any prior notice they have disabled our services. Visited to Himayathnagar reliance webworld & Paradise Reliance Webworld. The status of my is temporary disabled, my a/c balance was more than 300rs, when asked for the reason they said that due to documents pending services are disabled, but the documents was submitted in the year 2007 by name M.Vijayalaxmi. Still the my details was not updated. Without any prior notice (SMS, Call) de-activated my services. Im a employee my contacts are distributed among my clients. I want immediate action to be taken on the same & to give the same number .Please check & do the needful.
