My brother was using a Corporate Airtel Post paid Number
(9900110931).

On Jan 31 2009 he had given a request for the
cancellation of the number as he was leaving to Netherland for Job.
(Request Number 26908234).This number is still active as of today.

Apart from Jan 31 2009 request an additional 2 requests had been placed
with Airtel for cancelling this number whose request id's are as below.I
don't remember the exact dates when I posted these requests but they are
in March and in the last week of April.

27257252 - 3rd case

I have paid the bill till the month of March 2009 even though I was not
supposed to pay the amount after Jan 31. I had done the payment because
there was an amount due in Jan which I couldn't pay in Feb so along with
the fine paid an amount of Rs. 1175.20 in the month of March.

But still Airtel is charging me my Monthly charge + Tax for the months
of April and May.

I am fed up of calling the Airtel for this , can you please help me in
sorting out this issue and help me get back the money (refundable amount
of 400 paid when the connection was taken ).
