    Dear Mr.Rakesh Ranga,

    I don't know on what fact you have mentioned that it had resolved. I received a call 10 days back and they told me that they will get back to me with a solution but they have not yet provided any solution. When the situation is like this, I am surprised to see that your post shows the concern is resolved.

    Please look in to this.

    I also bring to your kind attention that one more complaint regarding a number 99404 99317 related to a 3G modem is still pending for which I have paid more than 2000 rupees and the SIM says registration failed.

    Looking forward to hear from you with PROPER details again,

    Its now one month from the date of my complaint. I cant express my dissatisfaction with Airtel in words. They are forcing me to look for some other network for all my 8 connections in the family.

    Default Airtel no 9766483891 Deactivated & given elsewhere

    Hi,

    My Aitel Mobile Number is: 9766483891 has been deactivated and given to other person even when it had calling balance in it.

    I had called the customer care but they were also of no help and had no info. Can any forum member suggest if i can approach DoT/ Trai for this

    Looking forward to some fruitful suggestions so that i can get my no back.
