Reliance Communication Dear Sir,
We are facing some problem with Reliance Communication, as we had purchase one set
of Reliance CDMA in march 09 for business purpose. After the purchase instrument
repaired twise in two months due to not in working condition and still remain the
some problem like display light not working. When I call to call center for the
same, one executive came at my office & change the instrument battery. But
instrument problem still not resolve. I was call again for the same at call center &
they promise me for service. After some days one executive (Mr. Samrat) came at my
office & ask me for giving the instrument for repairing, but at that time I was
talked with his boss Mr. Dinesh Sharma he gave me the mobile no. 9314013308 of Mr.
Himanshu for change the instrument. After this conversation I gave the instrument to
Mr. Samrath on dt. 29.05.09.
Day befoer yesterday I talk to Mr. Manish Gehlot (93147-22880) for the same & he
give me assurance for changing the instrument by yesterday but when I call to Mr.
Manish Gehlot he told me to collect the new instrument from Reliance Web World,
Sardarpur, Jodhpur on 31.05.09 between 11.00 AM to 5.00 PM. When today we reached
there at 4.30 PM for collect the new instrument, Miss. Monika Chouhan returned back
our old instrument & asking for D.O. certificate from service center.
As per service system of any company, customer should be provided all services
regarding any problem facing by him & customer are not willing to do regular
follow-up & collecting any document for their (Reliance Web World) purpose. The
service center has to know which document have to give for chaning of instrument to
Web World & according to their service they don't have any knowledge regarding
providing services to the customer. We haven't received any bill of this connection
from purchase date & this number is taken for my company uses and due to this worst
services I am facing lot of problem for communication.
Please take some action against the Reliance Communication.
