I have started vodafone live 9 rupee plan on 19-2-2011 & deactivated it on 19-2-2011 at 9:20 P.M.(I have proof also.deactivation msg of can vl9 is stiil in my sent items). I got confirmation msg also.then upto 23-2-2011 my 9 rupee is continuously deducted(Total 9*4=Rs.36). On 23-2-2011 I got msg that your service is renewed & 9 rupee is deducted from your account. On 20,21 & 22 February I haven't get any renewal msg. I went to vodafone store(at Ghod-dod) on 23-2-2011. Mr.Ajay noted my complain(complain no.1277472792) & he said that my account will be refunded upto 26-2-2011 but I haven't get any refund uptil now & on 27-2-2011 I made another complain(complain no.1278084434). She say on 3rd march,2011 you will get call from vodafone..I got call from vodafone but they said only one thing that I activated on 19-2-2011 & deactivated on 23-2-2011 though I have already deactivated that service on 19-2-2011 at 9:20 P.M.I'm a engg. student, Time is so important for me,I'm very upset by vodafone...please sir take a strict action against vodafone.I hope my querry will be solve shortly.
