This is regarding the last mail to Anamica and Ruhee regarding the issue
with our numbers 9748400810 and 9903705566. Below is the forwarded mail
for the reference.
We havent yet got any kind of response from your end for the same.
Also from past some days for the number 9748400810 we are getting the bad
phone calls for the payments from so called Airtel Main office in
The person sitting there is very abusive person and he warned me that if i
dont make the payment than he would creat a big problem for me. Also he
called several of my contact people from my call details for that
particular number and talked with them very very rudely. His number shown
on our phones is +911724305853.
ARE YOU GOING TO HARRASE YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS FOR THE WRONG BILL
GENERATION AND THE DISCONNECTION FROM YOUR END?????
Please take a very serious step immediately or else i will have to file a
police complaint and a court case against this as no one can call my call
details and harrase them like this.
i am taking this very very seriously and also if this wont stop i will
stop all the business with airtel regardin the corporate business for
which we are the premium customers of yours i will make sure i will
terminate them with the immediate effect as i strictly dont appreciate
this kind of business practice at all.
Also i am copying this mail to the consumer court dept for their reference.

I want an immediate answer on this as i am about to take the legal step
against AIRTEL and that cheap person and collection agency if i dont get
the proper response this time and i will try my level best to harm the
culprits the most.

We are having numbers from Airtel and the numbers are 9903705566 and
First we had a talk with Mr. Anand regarding the non usage of the number
9903705566 and to do the adjustment for the same as the number was not
been used and we got the bill for the same. I got the mail regarding the
adjustment which i am forwarding in here. Also when i called customer care
for the same they told that we need to pay the full amount for the same.
About the number 9748400810 the services from date 6th March had been
barged suddenly and when i called the customer care they told me that due
to non payment it has been barged whereas i made the payment of Rs. 1500
for the same last week only and the only outstanding was around 500
whereas my credit limit is 3000 i guess. Also as per my usage my unbilled
aswell should not be more than another 1500.
We are really tired running behind this all and our experience with Airtel
for this 2 numbers was very bad.
Let me know if you can do anything and get the services activated for both
numbers in 24 hours max or else we have decided to get some other service
provider for the same as we are not at all satisfied with the services
