I have applied MNP PORT on 5th march from BSNL TO VODAFONE. They rejected my request and send me sms from vodafone "hello! yur proting request BG797954 dated 5 march 11 has been rejected by your current operator due to The porting code does not match the donor allocated porting codefor this number. Pls contact your current operator for further details.now vodafone says to me that the problem is from BSNL they given wrong port code and now BSNL is not giving any answer. Pl assist me now what i do

i have applied for poratbility from BSNL to Idea now Idea reply that BSNL reject the request that there is

contratcual liability , i am not understand from where it comes , why BSNL is rejecting my mobile No is
