    Default Extra Charged customer of Airtel



    Hello Sir,

    I am Banwari Chhimpa, customer of Airtel. i have Friends SIM. on 24.02.2011 i called to my friend after 12:00 clock.
    before 1 min i cut the call and again call to my friend and we talked for 40 min. so i should be charged 4 to 5 Rs. but it was deduct 41 Rs. i complain 4-5 times but i didnot get my money back.

    my complain no is CBDCC30224015987.

    can someone help to resolve this issue.
