    Regarding Tata Docomo Number with BlackBerry Plan : 9041081800 , BlackBerry Plan 299.
    Issue : BlackBerry services not working from the day i got this connection and plan (its a tata docomo number with postpaid plan).


    My BlackBerry services are not working since I got this connection. It worked for only 3 days initially and suddenly stopped working. I call and register complaint on the number 1800 419 0121 and nothing is being done on this. Someone calls once after i call to open a ticket stating we are working on this. I provide all the details and they never write the same in their records.

    Also they don't listen to whatever i say and simply disconnect the call after speaking to me for for 2 mins. Their behavior is not professional. No one resolved mu issue till date. They simply close the ticket without informing me. Every time i have to open a new ticket and then they say you need to wait for 2 days to get this fixed. After this the ticket is closed without fixing the issue.

    Its not an issue with my handset as confirmed by one of your reps who came to my place. His name is Gagan , Phone Number - 99216012863.

    Here are few Tickets that I opened with Tata Docomo BlackBerry Services (So many tickets in a single month):-

    253013967


    I called today 22nd feb 2011, in reference to my Ticket Number - 254621851. I spoke with someone named Lokesh and told him not to close the ticket without resolving it but after 1 hour I receive a message that the ticket is closed successfully. I called and spoke with someone named Unis and as per him I need to call 121 and he would not help. Also as per him I need to open a new ticket again.

    What is all this ? Is this the kind of customer service Tata Docomo provides. Is this for what you are proud to operate ?

    I am having a very tough time dealing with the customer cares, one the blackberry customer care and the other normal customer care. Both blame each other for the problem and I am suffering in between.

    Please treat this urgent and get this fixed or I will be forced to lodge a formal complaint with Consumer Court on this. I will also try other Complaint registration methods on this if this is not taken care. And last option would be to scarp this connection.

    Have not received any response on this. You apologized and then forgot. I am thinking of changing the Service Provider with the same number and moving consumer court for this.

    Thanks for no help. Worst customer service from Tata Docomo.

    Thumbs down customer service guys cant speak english

    from mumbai zone i ringed up docomo toll free number and selected English language and finaly it got connected after 10 mins a guy spoke in marati mixed hindi and asked me rudely to talk in English, i said promptly that i had selected English language , he replied no one can speak English here at present and put the phone down..
