    Default Vodafone Customer Care

    Dear Sir,



    On 30th March I approached Vodafone Customer Care (111) for activation of
    Blackberry services on my above said mobile no and insisted to activate
    plan 299. They gave code ACT BBPL and asked to send SMS to activate the
    service. I sent SMS as suggested by the customer care person. However when
    I received my bill dt. 11/4/09, it was a real shock for me to notice that
    Vodafone had activated plan 899.



    I paid Rs. 1100/- through my credit card before the due date calculating the
    bill amount using 299 plan. But in spite of paying the amount my line was
    disconnected without any intimation to me being the customer. When I
    contacted the customer care regarding this they asked me send the same
    message once again and they apologized for the inconvenience caused to me (I
    spoke to Mr. sameer, Mr. Chandan and Mr. Gurcharan) and they eventually
    activated my phone and assured me that they will reverse the plan as per my
    desire. Next day to my utter surprise the outgoing calls were debarred and
    when I contacted them for the reason they are beating round the bush and are
    rather insisting to pay Rs.899/- and that they will adjust the same in the
    subsequent bill. I am not prepared to pay Rs.899/- for no fault of mine.



    I wish to get a quick reply from your end. This has to be addressed quickly
    and this phone of mine has been given to my sick parents who if wanted to
    make a call which has been debarred will only add more agony. The issue may
    please be given due respect.

    Default Non responsive behaviour of Vodafone Customer care

    I am trying to contact Vodafone customer care on "111" and "9811098110" since last 4 days. My call is always put on hold and made to wait for about 8 to 9 minutes then the phone is disconnected from there end. If a customer is willing to get some information in an emergency, these guys are good for nothing for the same. I don't know why they have created customer care services, if they are not willing to attend customer queries.

    I also replied on the feedback message "9689"; which is sent by Vodafone for customer feedback. But I still didn't got any response on the same.
    I would like to escalate this issue to Vodafone authorities or moreover i would like to change my subscriber while retaining the same number.

    Thumbs down Vodafone is a worst customercare center

    vodafone service is utterly flop customer care ,irresponsible ,such useless people working for this service because after thrice submitting required documents still my sim as problem of not displaying a contact name.only incoming call display i can see.after going to nearby outlet and enquired ,and response was like they have missed the documents..what a useless people after scolding so much also those shameless service people still laughing.... plz dont give customer such bad service ,bad response customercare sevice.. or lese u better shut ur outlet service and getout of india............the earlier hutch wasso good.u useless irresponsible service

    i get new postpaid connection.but it does not get verification since 15 days.my mobile no is 9888989100 this mobile number is not activated since 15 days..i want it activate soon..i purchase this new postpaid sim at Barnala city 148101.plz you take some actions immediately..plz solve my problem with in 24 hours..my personal mobile number is 9988545688...yesterday was vodafone officers got information from me..but no response came from their..and none my number is activate plz help me..i requested to you

    Post Unnecessary balance diduction

    Dear sir

    I am facing the problem of unnecessary diduction of my balance from 1st november to till the date for my mobile no.9899435135. I called to the customer care. But no one is ready to give me a possitive reply. I am totally tired from the company executive,s attitude. No one is helpful and no one is supportive.Please help me

    Default sim card not working on my phone

    on 26 October i bought a vodafone sim card through our college it was recognised as invalid sim on my phone. I complained to the college authorities about the invalidity of the sim card and i was made to re do the registration procedures inorder to get a new sim card of which i did and i was given a new sim card but it still deplays invalid sim on my phone. I went back to complain and we went to the store where the sim cards were purchased, they tested it on another phone and it was recognised and displayed "vodafone". they advised me to contact you the vodafone customer care to assist because they say mostly phones obtained from outside have some compatibity problem with local sim cards. so pliz can u help me by activating my sim on my phone. I am using a Cosun 9590. (an immitation of blackberry torch touch screen)
