    Default Poor Aircel MNP Services

    Hello,

    I opt for Aircel MNP services on 29-01-2011 by their Gaurav Tower,Malviya Nagar,JAipur(Rajasthan) Office,
    They told me that my idea number 9887701575 will be switch to Aircel within 8 days.
    But its 19 Feb 2011 today i.e more than 20 days and still there is no respose from them,

    I even visited their office again 10 days ago, and they told me that it will take 3 more days, but again 10 days past and no solution.

    My number for which I opt their MNP service: 9887701575
    Receipt number: AL/RJ 6976

    Email I recieved as reply from Rajasthan Appeleate:

    Thats very embarrassing,

    I opted for the service for my two numbers-one was of my fiancee (that was ported successfully) and other was mine (which has not been ported),
    I choose such plans to make these two numbers free by using business rate cutters of Aircel to make Aircel to Aicel free.

    I applied on 29th Jan, and my first number was successfully ported on 4th Feb, till then I am spending so much costs in intra services.
    Also, I have kept my balance in current number quite low due to the fact that if MNP will be activated then my balance will be lost; due to which I had faced quite critical situations in personal as well as business factors.

    Who will pay for all these additional costs to me?

    I am really upset the way Aircel and the Aircel store has dealt into this matter.

    Hi this is Prasanna. Don’t buy AIRCEL NETWORK. I got very frustrated with the customer support. I have to change other network now. But they don’t relieve me to other network. I’m using this number for past 4 years. If you need to change other network for better offer than AIRCEL, they won’t relieve you and bluff with their answers. I have logged a complaint regarding this already in main AIRCEL store. Complaint number is (1-5508743085) but they have not fixed any issue yet even I was logged the complaint before 10 days. This is the way of customer service in AIRCEL. So I don’t like to be other on this same situation. My mobile number is 9094110202 (You can call me at any time for further reference)

    Default Poor Uninor MNP Services

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am Rajesh Shah, Living in katraj, Pune 411046. I switch from Reliance to Uninor.
    I send MNP reuest on 26-Jun-2011 and MNP service activated on 13-july-2011. After activation of 2-3 days, the services are barred from last more than 25 days. I contact to customer care but no respose from them.

    Even I visited their office but they aren't answer satisfactorily. Every time I get answer within 2 day service is activated

    but still today 10-Aug-2011. The status are same.

    My number for which I opt their MNP service: 8055016169 and 9021252428.

    am easa i submitted my proofs for Uninor to Aircel mnp on 15 nov in masabtank, hyderabad Aircel store. After 10 days i wnt der for quiry he appolagize for mistake actually he didnt send de request for Mnp......?
    He told to wait more 5 days to get another upc code i agreed n again went on 1 dec n requested to network change he taken all details n told to wait 7 wrkng days today is da 8 day wt de fuking gng on, i dnt no plz give me da rply as sun as posible....
    My uninor num is 9059078651......
    Plz let me knw wt is hpning exactly ok bye......
