    Default MNP Problem Reliance Smart GSM

    My complaint is I wanted to number port out from Reliance gsm (smart) to Vodafone, I aplied with

    the UPC (EKSW1BPG) on 23rd Jan 2011, first Reliance Smart reject and then I re-aplied again but

    Reliance GSM (Smart ) is just take my complaint (1597808 dt 23.01.11) and started doing delay the

    process for port out of my number, the request not being solved till today(16-02-11) I speaked their

    Customer Care regular but they are replying the same line everytime " your request is on solving

    mode". some time they are not even replying properly and disconnect the phone, they are not even

    sending me the complaint no via sms, I tried to speak their Nodal and Appellate Officers but said

    they can't help. Neither they provide good service nor processing portout request properly.

    I request you please take some strong action. this companies are trying everything wrong to keep

    their customer and MNP became dirty joke for us.

    I am Vikram Chhajed from Bangalore my Reliance mobile number is 9341212653 I had applied for number portability from reliance to tata docomo my porting request code number is RX137179 and I submit my application at tata docomo on 15-02-2011 I received message from tata docomo that my application has been rejected by reliance for legal reason but what is legal reason no body is giving. I do not want to continue with reliance and want to go to tata docomo will concern officer will listen my request to accept the application for number portability. I am not satisfied with the answers given by reliance because any time when I asked about the reason they told that it is under process and with in 24 hours my application for MNP will be accepted. please let me know where and to whom I SHOULD CONTACT

    I am Sivaram from Hyderabade my Reliance mobile number is 809989**** I had applied for number portability from reliance to tata docomo my porting request code number is RA174712 and I submit my application at tata docomo on 24-02-2011 I received message from Hi! Your request for MNP is registered successfully. 1606119.. I do not want to continue with reliance and want to go to tata docomo will concern officer will listen my request to accept the application for number portability. I am not satisfied with the answers given by reliance because any time when I asked about the reason they told that it is under process and with in 24 hours my application for MNP will be accepted. please let me know where and to whom I SHOULD CONTACT

    Thumbs up problem in proting from smart to docomo

    i want to port my number from smart to docomo,but when i sent the msg to reliance i will reply back with with "the mobile no mentioning in porting does not match the mobile no from which request has been sent", my contact no is 8103820515

    Default Problem in porting out from smart to tata docomo

    Hello, I am Anurag Pal. I have a smart connection bearing number 7735168233. I wanted to number port out from Reliance gsm (smart) to Tata docomo. I sent PORT 7735168233. But each time the response is coming from +1901 with this message "Unable to connect to database". I don't want to continue using smart. I tried to call to customer care. But they aren't even transferring the call to a customer care executive. At this rate I wont be able to port out from smart. Please help.

    Problem in porting out from smart to tata docomo

    i am suresh bansal from hyderabad,my reliance GSM number is 9014323942 and i am trying to port my number since 2days but as i am sending the message to 1900 for porting,a reply describing that your request could not be processed is coming from 1901. i want to port my number to airtel and i logged a complaint about 6 months ago during this regards but no service since then..

    Default Reliance GSM MNP Problem

    This is Rahul from Guwahati. I want to switch over from my service provider for 9508350210 from Reliance to Airtel. However, every time I send the PORT 9508350210 to 1900, I get a reply stating "Unable to connect to database". It's been three days since I am getting the same message; I am seriously frustrated out of this now, and need someone from RCom to look into this asap.
