I am a Aircell Prepaid mobile service user & My complaint is of 3rd feb 2011 but still they haven't resolved it .
ON 2nd feb 2011 I got my balance deducted of Rs.50. They itself tagged a caller tune on my mobile no but i had not
even applied for that then I logged a complaint at their Lazpat Nagar service center , there they gave me a complaint no as follows : 1-366647569. after that from the same service center on that day i got a new topup done of rs 50 from there but after few hours again i got those 50 rs deducted from my account. And on 14th feb 2011 I reacharged my aircell no again but this time i did it from my netbanking account but its been now two days still I haven't received any
amount of my recharge that I did from my netbanking account aswell.

It means total I've lost bloody 150 bucks. Please help me out here I want my money back and additional amount aswell please. MY MOBILE NO is 9716422787
