Respected Sir,

Iam owner of prepaid number 9867267821 and name is Kashinath Karagir.
I want to draw your attention following balance deduction.

On 5/5/2009 during 12:15 I send subscription message <GPRSACT> for GPRS Daily
Unlimited pack to 222.Balance after deduction of this service was 28.2.
Even this pack was meant to be unlimited every few minutes some of my balance was
getting deducted on pretext of using GPRS. And thus in morning at about 10:00 my
balance was virtually nill.

I was unable to understand this whole scenario.

Again I refilled with recharge amount 60 as my internet access was got blocked due
to low balance. Again same saga continued and balance was again nilled down to zero
when I tried to access internet through PC.

This time I deactivated GPRS .Freshly refilled with amount 60 and activated GPRS but
problems continued balance was slowly approaching and it reached zero after few
times.

I want to know followig things.

1. When I was on Unlimited plan still balance deduction were going while I was
surfing net.
2. If anybody will answer that you had not deactivated your default plan of zero
rental than my balance was deducted and net access was blocked.

On top of this even my customer care number was also blocked. This is really
disgusting.

So as per above information I want either refund or convencng information regarding
my balance deduction, which will help me to avoid any future problem.
