    Default Complaint against Airtel Service

    I have been using airtel for past 3yrs. I usually recharge to booster of Rs.195/- (for Airtel to Airtel - 10ps, 10000 Local & National sms free) apart from normal recharge. Last week I recharged (easy recharge) booster of Rs.195 as usual for me and two of my family members. Surprisingly, when I send sms, I have been charged for both local (50ps) & national (Rs.1.50/-) per sms. I called to customer care to inquire about this and came to know that the Rs.195 booster plan has been changed to Rs.225/- without any notice. I had requested the customer care person to reimburse my Rs.195/- so that I will recharge to Rs.225/- as I have done recharge for three of us unknowingly to Rs.195/- since there was no update of change of plan from airtel.

    They send 100s of sms & call customers for astro, cricket, hello tunes, games etc. to advertise but they don't send the update of their plan change?

    I got no response from customer care, even they have not filed any complaint in this regard. I have called them more than 10 times till today & all the time my call is being disconnected by the customer care person directly or saying that they will transfer to their higher officials. When I tried calling them next time, It's not connecting to customer care at all. Very poor service and it's really annoying, the way they treat customers are really poor. I expect a positive solution on this request. Thanks in advance.

    Default 195 Booster not Working

    Hi,

    I am having pre paid Airtel number - 9994715936 located in Chennai.

    Yesterday I recharged for 195 Booster and the Vendor told me that Local SMS will be free and not charged but I am losing 50 paise for every message.

    If this Booster has been changed or altered it has to be informed and you cannot deduct money like this.

    Please credit 195 to my Account so that I will put some other Booster for Local SMS Free.

    I am very unhappy with your Service and planning to change my Service in a few months.

    Kind attention AIRTEL,

    This is Mahendran, My airtel number - 9840682561, I have been using airtel for past 3yrs.     Default reg call rates

    I m Senthilkumar.P , mob no: 9944949350.. Before 3 months airtel provided me mnc offer as 10 paise a-a and other mob 30 paise per min.. before few days they disconnected the mnc offer...so two days before i have recharge 97 booster pack for 10n paise scheme,, and also at the same day i got a call from airtel taht they want to provide an another mnc offer ie a-a 20 ps per min and other mob 40 ps per min.. but i'm not interested on that plan and i neglect that plan.. i told him that i dont want this plan sir , bec im using 97 booster so i wont lose 10 ps plan... after two days (today) they have activated the mnc plan.. i called the, and asking why you activate this plan...they told tat u only activated, like this they are saYING.. ACTUALLY HOW I CAN ACTIVATE 20 PS PLAN WHILE I'M IN 10 PS PLAN.

    lease resolve my problem sir,,,

    i would be happy if you provided me the info regarding this prob... and i will thanks you .

    Default Non working of new connection

    Sir.
    I have purchased a corporate connection from airtel on 12/04/11. It was activated for 2-3days. After that the connection is not working. When I called to customer care they replied that my address verification has not been done that is why my airtel connection is deactivated. I request them to make my address verification soon and activate this as soon as possible. But nothing happened. I requested them for this 3times, yet no action has been taken. I applied for refund of my advance rental at customer care through email. But they did respond me well. I talked to the person from whom I had taken the connection. He said he is helpless and given me mobile number of his GM, Mr. R K Goel. When I called to Mr. R K Goel, he said to me that he will look into matter. But nothing happened. I called to Mr. R K Goel so many times but no action has been taken seriously.

    I request you to look into the matter and please take some necessary action. I want refund of my advance rental with interest. And componsation to harrasment to me.
