I had already surrender my aircel sim and made final settlement.

I would like to know the reason that aircel had send be a bill that i got
today. I had deactivated and made final settlement. I am finding very worst
from customer support. I would like to make further action to make a
complain to respective department for cheating the customers. And also i am
send to other NGO to take necessary action to rectify the problem.

Aircel first of all I would like to let you know about the pathetic customer service you guys provide. But again I am sure you are aware of that already.

I logged a complaint number (1-968338418) because of network problems in Whitefield area in Salarupria GR Tech Park HP office. I was told that the issue has been resolved but it is not.

When I call 121 to talk to someone senior they put me on hold for hours everytime and no one comes to talk.

I wanted to move to your monthly 500 INR connection and leave Airtel but you guys show no customer service or want to grab customers.

Sir, myself amit Kumar Singh. Yesterday on 14-10-09, aircel has activated
caller tone service on my mobile no. 9808710837 without my request and
deduct Rs 30. I have did complaint customer care 121(its toll free no.).
They have given me a complaint no.1976957866 & promised me to return my
amount of Rs 30. But yet they had not did so. Not only that, now they are
not picking my call too. I have called so many times from morning.
Sir, I request you to see the matter & solve it as early as possible.
