i want to bring into your notice that my balance is being deducted again and again by giving me value added service without asking me .sir i talked to customer care also many times but they are not taking any action against it. Sir , i want that you please look into this matter as i cant recharge my a/c unnecessary again and again as iam not so rich. If sir no action is taken i will have to change my number with number portability system.i hope my request will be taken into consideration and balance deducted will be returned.
