Receiving Marketing calls and Messages I have registered for DND service for my BSNL prepaid mobile phone 4 months back and status on site shows registered.But I am still receiving calls,messages from BSNL friendship,Dating service and Real Estate Agents.I am totally fed up.On official site it says report to customer care but when you call up on customer care and once you reach the option of speaking to an operator the phone gets disconnected automatically.Its such a nuisance I cant tell you.Selling some Policy,some Loan.
