I had send request to my mobile portability from Vodafone to MTNL on 21st Jan,2011 and I received and I was issued unique porting code VM115924. On that basis my application for portability was accepted by MTNL but Vodafone rejected request and refused to port out my no. to MTNL with the reason that my number is under contractual obligation. I am soaked on receipt of such massage from Vodafone. And Vodafone has also no answer for such contract. They are illegally preventing me to port out my number to MTNL .I have wasted my 3-4 hours during my office time to get sim card from MTNL and I have given at least 5 to 6 calls to vodfone heloline number. All calls were minimum lasted for 15 to 20mts and I visited their store at Hypercity Malad and wasted my two hours.

Therefore I request you to intervene in this matter and help me to port it out and to get copmastion for wasting my valuable time..
