    Default MNP delayed without any reason or communication

    I have been with Airtel since 2006 wanted to move to another vendor. I submitted my documents on Friday 28 Jan 11 at another service provider that i wanted to avail. Post all verification, the desired service provider sends my request to Airtel who calmly rejected my mnp application and my desired service provider updated me on the same. After even dozens of calls, Airtel 121 doesnt even know about the status.

    Finally Airtel responds on an email that my request for MNP has not been rejected and ask me to contact my desired service provider.

    The attitude of Airtel towards exiting customers is very disappointing and its like as if they have been doing charity for the last 4 - 5 years to me as their customer. Dont know what steps to take next.

    Default idea not activating postpaid MNP service

    Even though, fullfilling all requirements, idea portability not active for unknown reasons.
    executive officers misuse the phone call, keeps waiting formore than 30 min.
    hopeless service.
    i want sue against idea cellular servise.
