    Default Issues in Mobile Phone Service



    Outgoing calls on my number 9818160428 is not working since October 2010. I have filed lot of complaints with the Customer support, sent lot of emails to Appellate Officers, visited Airtel offices personally but, still the problem is not resolved. All they do is forward my complaint to someone in their division. It has been over 4 months and no one is fixing the issue. No idea who else to reach out to and who can help. They are not refunding my amount as well.
