Currently I am in Singapore. I had activated international roaming facility in my vodafone sim (Mobile no:8086847857). Now I have a balance of around 460 rupees.Also I am able to receive incoming calls.But the pr0blem is, I am not able to make outgoing calls.While I try to make a call, getting a recording "You have activated Call Barring service". When I checked in the phone settings, I found that outgoing call barring is activated. When I tried to deactivate it, its showing "request not complete". Tried with usuals codes like 1234,0000,2760(mobile model no),1919 etc . But nothing worked.My mobile model no is :NOKIA 2760. I tried with all the networks here(starhub,singtel,m3). Please help me in resolving this issue .Its too urgent for me. So please look into it as early as possible.

I got a message that international roaming is activated on my vodafone post paid connection.But after I reached Japan yesterday ,my mobile is not getting connected to any network.
I had also made a deposit as requested for activation.Please help me out.I need to enable international roaming.I wont be able to call to india customer support from here as charges here are very expensive.
