Hi airtel has turned to be the number beggar by deducting charges without the knowledge of the customer , earlier a sms was sent and the cost was deducted saying that i applied for a service and they also have a proof for that, today the technology has developed they deduct charges for my internet usage and they tell that they have my browsing history, I told them that my mobile has a browsing history lets compare and see, non of the urls mentioned by the co beggars (representatives) were matching and i told him that he gave the answer of a life time, You might have deleted the history. I have been deducted nearly thousand rupees and i'm nearly using this service for 7 years if this is the respect i'm getting what will be the plight of others.
