    Default Complaint for not providing UPC for MNP by Airtel

    Dear sir,
    Since last two weeks i am repeatedly requesting service provider viz airtel for providing UPC for my mobile no. 9906514636, but they are decieving me. Every time when i call 121 for the query about MNP they inform me to call after 24 hrs as they are able to provide the help and 1900 is not working now. Can you please help me to get the UPC

    Default airtel-mnp not done

    i had applie for change of my operator frm airtel to vodafone..my port code is ad 712675.....on 30 jan 2011 i had applied fr it....on 4th february i received a msg frm vodafone saying my request has been approved by my current operator...but to my surprise airtel discoonnected my number on 4th feb...wen i called d airtel customer care dey told me dt my nmber has been permanently deactivated...airtel is getting insecure about its users lately...dey told me dt dey hav discnnecred my number due to incomplete documents...i hav used my nmber fr 8 years wd airtel,dey never had any problems den but wen i opted to change my operator,my documents r now incomplete...pathetic!!!!!
    i request mr RAKESH RANGA OF AIRTEL to pls look into d issue as i m facing a lot of problem

    Default airtel is not changing my network..

    from last 15 days i have submited my details for changing my no. from airtel to idea but the airtel people blocked my request.. the response of the airtel coustemer care is inhuman they don't even know how to talk to the coustoumer.. i am a prepaid user there is no need for blocking my request.. airtel is doing this because they dont want to lose there coustoumer, but this is agains the laws of TRAI that you are binding a person to your network...
    the coustoumer care is lyk if u call and talk they will transfer there call to there higher official which is never picked us wating there on phone is wastage of time... ever day i wait for 1 hour on coustoumer care..
    pathetic services of airtel are becoming a big headache for the coustoumer...
    they are not allowing coustoumer to change there network...
    i have filed a complain on TRAI and if actions are not taken soon i'll take some legal action.

    Default Bharti airtel rejecting mnp and looting customers

    AIRTEL REJECTING MNP

    Airtel is not allowing its customers to switch to other operators of the fear of loosing its customers. i have applied for mnp on 30.1.2011 , i got the new sim of reliance
    and also i submitted my documents, after that i got the call from customer care about the reason for changing the operator to reliance , i said that its because airtel is costly as well as
    3g has not yet come in chandigarh after that he said that they will reduce the call rates as well as sms for me . i rejected that offer and said that i will switch to reliance after that
    its been 15 days that they have not done any mnp and i called around 50 times to customer care where i got the following response from them
    1. WHY DO YOU WANT TO SWITCH TO RELIANCE?
    2. YOU SAID YOU DONT WANT TO GO FOR MNP TO OUR CUSTOMER CARE WHO CALLLED YOU
    after that he set a "BAD HELLO TUNE " AND REDUCED MY BALANCE TO -3.34 RS SO THAT I MAY NOT BE ABLE TO CALL THEM and DEDUCTED 45 RS
    what a customer care are they providing, is this a the care of deducting balance and setting bad hello tune is a service which airtel is providing to its customers
    i must say that airtel will loose its share in the market as well as it will HAVE IMPACT ON CUSTOMERS WHO READ THIS MESSAGE

    Default No proper response from airtel regarding mnp.

    This is kalaiarasu.j,9444884243 this my mobile number.
    I have submitted my MNP form on 21st january,but my form is rejected.then they told me to submit another form,i have submitted another form on 7th february,when i contacted customer care they are not replying properly,then i sent mail,there also i din get any reply.then i went to that showroom where i submitted my form,they are not giving my status list regarding portability of my number.
    so kindly take my complain and solve my problem as soon as possible.

    Default After MNP from airtel to Vodafone, incoming call n msges blocked from any airtel numb

    My name shrikant sheguri
    My mobile number is 9860632608

    I applied to Port my number from Airtel to Vodafone on 04/03/2011. My porting ID is AZ878678
    On 10/03/2011, my airtel SIM is deactivated and now on my new Vodafone SIM, ALL INCOMING CALLES AND MSG'S FROM ANY AIRTEL NUMBER ARE BLOCKED.
    Are you taking revenge airtel ?

    Please solve my problem at the earliest.
