This is in reference against VODAFONE GSM Service provider in India.
I am using the Vodafone GSM sim 9769431465 no since 1 years.This is a corporate card ICICI99 by iciciprudential for their employee.
As i want to aware that As on 18Dec2010 bill amount was around 4600/- somthing which was payable by 05/01/2011 but due to some financial problem i paid only 1300/- .Later my out going services have been deactivated on 24/01/2011. As i paid the bill around 1300/- on 28/01/2011 after payment i had contacted to Vodafone customer care person was Schin he informed me that your outgoing services will get activated within 2hr but not,then again i had contacted same response then again same response i got. then again i had contacted Nisha executive told me do not worry in 2hrs your services get activated but not then again in morning again different response ki sir unhone aap se jhut bola hai but jab tak aap ka pura bill nahi jama hoga service activate nahi hogi. Then again i went vashi Vodafone gallery one executive told me within 2hrs your service get activated but not aging i had celled to Vodafone customer care again told me your services get activated in 2hrs. Finally not done thus i am contacting TRAI please resolve my problem. after this i will change service provider Vodafone & will move honest & good service provider which is taking care of their customers not like Vodafone
Sir Vodafone is a very big cheater which is doing many fraud with the TARI & making fool to the customer.
Vodafone has a lot of fraud connection which has been issued on fake documents,fake photos & fake address proof which is customers does not know & using sim some others person. It can be a cause of Terrorism & many terrorist activity which is very harmful for India.
Sir request you to kindly save our country from such FRAUD communication provider & make a panel which can inquire & check all these fraud documents.Which Our India can be a nit & clean country. Kick companies like Vodafone out of India.
