    Default MNP PROBLEM(Switch to airtel from vodafone)

    Dear Sir
    i wanted to switch to airtel from vodafone and for that i have applied for MNP in your Airtel store on 21st of Jan. After completing all the formalities i have got one sim from your side. i was told that your current no. will be transfer on 7th day and then you need to put this airtel sim in the mobile.Now from here my problem starts,on 27th Jan my vodafone sim get dead and when i put airtel sim, it is also not working(unregistered sim is showing)
    Why you people are not starting my services.my number is dead from both the side.

    Dear Sir
    i wanted to switch to airtel from idea and for that i have applied for MNP in your Airtel store on 22nd of Jan. After completing all the formalities i have got one sim from your side. i was told that your current no. will be transfer on 7th day and then you need to put this airtel sim in the mobile.Now from here my problem starts,till date i have not recieved any sim changing message on my current sim .when i went to airtel store they say that mnp is not possible in your idea sim.i dont have any unpaid bills because i am using a prepaid number.
    Why you people are not starting my services as i have already got the sim from airtel.

    Angry Problem in MNP

    Respected Sir,
    I wanted to change from AIRTEL to TATA DOCOMO. An appointment was given from the tata docomo executive. I gave all the necessary details and finished the formalities. But even after 9th day the number has not been ported. And the main issue here is that 9880434445 has to be ported but 9663387159 number has been printed on the acknowledgement which was sent to my address after address verification was over.
    So what should i do now? none of the tata helping services officers are helping me and they give me different number to call but no one responds including the customer care!!!! Its really bad...i thought that the services in TATA DOCOMO was good....Did i go wrong in my selection??

    Default MNP(Port Request rejected by Airtel unknown reason)

    Dear sir
    i wanted to switch videocon from airtel. i have applied for MNP in videcon showroom in Trichy,Tamilnadu on 28-01-11. Now im getting a message from Videon is " Port Request has been rejected by your current service(Airtel) provider due to subsisting contractual.contact your service provider for details." so i contact airtel 198 compliant helpcare many times they are not given the solution. i want to know the reason for rejecting my port request from airtel.

    I had requested for porting to Airtel from Reliance. After completing all the procedures on 25th jan I got new sim card.
    However till date i have not received any message for activation of sim from Airtel. Request you to look in to matter.

    Dear Sir,

    I requested for porting from Relinace GSM to MTNL GSM on 28/01/2011 at District Centre, Janakpuri Sanchaar Hatt. They told me that porting process will take around a week.I got a message on 02/02/2011 that the no will be ported to MTNL from Reliance in the night time after 22:00 Hrs. The reliance no
    discontinued on 3rd February, but IT is not ported to MTNL till date. When we try to dial the nos we get message that the no is invalid. And MTNL sim is showing INVALID SIM.
    My nos are:

    1). +91 7827 40 6991
    2). +91 9555 68 4222

    Sir, please do the needful as we are not getting the right response from anywhere.

    Default airtel not allowing me to port-out

    Hello,am maheshkumar i have the same problem in my airtel number that "your porting request for mobile number XXXXXXXXXX has been rejected due to legal reasons" when i contact the customer care their reply was about address proof,than i gave a letter to BSNL that "ID proof given to you is true if there is any fault am ready to face the legal action" like that,i don't know how far it will take to port-out from airtel and port-in to BSNL.
    It's very worst and poor technique of retaining customer in AIRTEL,as a customer am requesting them that still there is a time to make their mistake to correct.
