    Default Inability to port from Vodafone to Airtel

    I wanted to port to Airtel from Vodafone because of network issues during roaming. I have applied for porting thrice. Please find the enclosed list UPC:

    VD137518 - 31st Jan, 2011
    VD165636 - 17th Feb, 2011
    VD211372 - 12th Mar, 2011

    Of these three times, i have only heard from vodafone and airtel once for UPC # VD165636. Even this was rejected for some reason. The SMS i received from Vodafone is "Your porting request VX133698 dated 13th feb11 has been rejected due to The Porting Code does not match the Donor allocated Porting code for this number. Request you to call our customer care at 111." For the other two times, i simply haven't heard Vodafone / Airtel. I have contacted the Vodafone customer care innumerable time and all i get in response is a service request number.

    Please look into the issues asap.

    Default MNP Issue for Mobile No.8447200630

    I want to port to airtel from Vodafone. I placed the request to change my service provider from Vodafone to airtel on 31.03.2011. I got an sms on 01.04.2011 from vodafone that my porting request has been cancelled due to non-completion of 90days. But when I confirm my date of activation from Vodafone Care they confirm me that my activation date of my Vodafone No. 8447200630 is 07th December 2010. so when I calculate the days from 7th December then it is over and above of 90 days. Now Vodafone is giving me lame excuses regarding the same. Please see and advice what options are there with me.

    Default Unability to port from aritel to vodafone

    Dear sir,
    I am airtel user but due to poor network coverage i have ported my number from airtel to vodafone......
    1st i submitted documents but due 2 outstanding amount of bill airtel rejected the upc code.... After payment of bill again i submitted the new upc code on 19th march..... Today its 4th april, yet the no. has not been started.

    vodafone executives dont have any ans for this kind of problems, as they are the 3rd person. we request you to look into the matter as early as possible
